The best option to be notified about new posts is through email (you’ll receive the direct links for each post) — just click the follow button on the lower right corner, and a signup box would pop-out — enter your email, confirm your subscription, then you’re good to go! 🙂
The alternate option is if you are logged-in on WordPress just click the upper left button. The downside of this, is that any new posts would show up on your reader (what you see as soon as you log-in through WordPress) along with all the other blogs you subscribe to — as a result, it’ll take time to find the post that you wanted to read (or re-read).
